Shipping Information:

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item's processing time when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.

Shipping times, below, apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.

How are my shipping costs determined? We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Return Policy:

All merchandise purchased from RegaloBoutique.com may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase with original invoice (no copies accepted), undamaged packaging, and product materials. To return an item you must obtain authorization.

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT To obtain Regalo Boutique’s authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. CONDITIONS Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Regalo Boutique. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Sample items are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
